Good But Gross Gluten Free Halloween Treats Pt. 3

In the last two posts we shared some of the menu items at our Halloween R.O.C.K. party. Here is another menu item that makes a ghoulish gluten free treat you can enjoy making and eating. Remember to get an adult to help with all cutting and use of sharp objects. Best of all this treat is healthy!

Ghoulish Monster Fingers

All you need is:
Mozzerella String Cheese
Cream Cheese
Green Bell Pepper

1. Wearing plastic gloves to keep the cheese smudge free, use a paring knife to cut each string in half and carve a shallow area for fingernail just below rounded end of each half.
2. Mark the joints in finger by carving horizontal wedges.
3. For fingernails - slice bell pepper into 3/8" strips. Trim pulp off to make about 1/2 as thick. Then cut raggedly and apply with dab of cream cheese.

*Tip: for an added gore, use red pepper jelly around nail to make it appear to be bleeding.
